Awards will recognize Agassiz and Harrison Hot Springs volunteers

The Agassiz Harrison Lions Club and the Agassiz Harrison Hope Observer want to see who you would nominate for the "Making a Difference in our Community Awards."

The nominee would be someone who volunteers selflessly in the community right where they are needed most, many times without even having to be asked.

You'll tell us the volunteer's name and a short description of why you would choose them. The nominees will be reviewed by a panel of judges and recognized on Canada Day during the festivities.

Nomination forms can be picked up at the Observer office (in Pioneer Park, Agassiz) or at the Agassiz Library. Once filled out, these can be brought back to the Observer or the library or you can email your nomination to ads@ahobserver.com. Please remember to include nominator's name and contact information.
