Agassiz Harrison Lions roar into fiftieth year

The Agassiz Harrison Lions are celebrating 50 years of service, and they want the community they serve to join them.

They will hold a dinner with entertainment on Saturday, Mar. 8 at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort, in the St. Alice Room.

The evening will include a special guest speaker. Judge Brian Stevenson is the Lions organization's Past International President.

The reception begins at 5 p.m., with dinner at 6:30 p.m. Music will be provided by The Foot Tappers.

Tickets are $60 and available from Lions Joey Ellis (604-796-9951) and Jean Robson (6040-794-7503).
