New corporate services director for Hope
The District of Hope is welcoming a new Director of Corporate Services. Donna Bellingham began work with the District this week. Born and raised in Vancouver, Bellingham moved to the South Cariboo in 1984 and has called 100 Mile House her home since then. She has worked in banking, real estate book keeping, and conveyancing until starting her career in local government in 1998.
She commenced her career in local government with the District of 100 Mile House in 2001, obtaining her Municipal Administration Training Institute Certification, followed by her Local Government Administration Certification through Capilano College in 2006. Passionate about her career, Bellingham is excited about joining the team at the District of Hope and she and her family look forward to calling Hope “home”.
