Looking for war stories
Dear Editor,
Several people have made suggestions regarding family connections for people currently living in the area and related to one (or more) of the names on the Honour Roll from WW1 and WW2. Any one who is connected is asked to contact the undersigned at Br. 32, PO Box 432, Agassiz, BC V0M 1A0 or agassizlegion32@shaw.ca or 604 796 2332.
We might be able to incorporate the connection into next years service and /or use it to create an interesting story such as the one in the Observer several weeks ago that featured Abe and Hilde Funk.
