Cell phone towers are now being designed to resemble trees. What do you think about these new designs? Email us at news@ahobserver.com.

If you are driving home from Mission and see the strangest looking tree at Lougheed Hwy and Shook RD you don't need to wonder what the heck it is. It is a cell phone tower installed for Rogers Cell service.

People have been complaining about about cell towers being constructed in their communities that these "fake" trees will be the norm. Driving home on Monday we spotted this thing and believe me it is the worst looking "tree" I have ever seen. In the U.S. these are being made to look like palm trees, cactus, magnolia bushes only on a 60 meter pole.
