I am writing regarding the beautiful new sound wall, near the roundabout at hwy 9. Concrete looks so much better than nature, and such a bargain at only $1.1 million dollars!
I'm so glad our tax dollars are being used on projects like this, and not being wasted on silly things like healthcare and other vital services.
