Agassiz Speedway executive director Barbara Ten Bos recently told The Observer the speedway’s bottle and can drive resulted in a $515 donation to the AHCS food bank. The speedway’s bottle and can drive ran at the same time as this year’s Stuff the Cruiser event.

Between the Agassiz RCMP and the speedway’s contribution during the early December events, the community raised more than $2,000 for AHCS. The Stuff the Cruise event also saw four police cruisers stuffed to the brim with new toys and non-perishable food.
