Agassiz’s Grade 12 students will be collecting cans this weekend to raise money for their graduation celebrations.
On Sunday, Feb. 21, grad students from AESS will be doing a bottle drive pick up in Harrison Hot Springs, Agassiz and along highways 7 and 9.
People interested in donating bottles and cans should leave them at the end of their driveway for 10 a.m. on Sunday. The students will be ensuring all collections are no contact, and they will be wearing masks and gloves.
Money collected through the bottle drive will go to support ceremony fees and other grad expenses.
