A group of warm-hearted Realtors is once again collecting donations for those in need.
The Chilliwack and District Real Estate Board is hosting its annual Realtors Care Blanket Drive from Nov. 12 to 19 where they will be collecting winter clothing, blankets, and non-perishable food.
The two greatest needs this year are winter coats and food, said organizers.
Items needed include: new or gently used blankets, sleeping bags, warm clothing and coats, plus new socks and new underwear. Suggested food donations include: canned items, peanut butter, dry goods, healthy snacks, coffee, juice, oils, baby food and formula.
Donations will go to Ruth and Naomi’s Mission in Chilliwack, the Chilliwack Salvation Army Food Bank, and Agassiz Harrison Community Services.
