With many people turning to home projects, crafting and gardening this year, it’s no surprise The Agassiz Community Garden flourished during 2020.
During a recent council meeting, District of Kent Coun. Duane Post said the community garden’s 44 plots were filled. Four more are slated for construction, and there’s already a wait list for the 2021 growing year. The garden now benefits from a garden shed, thanks to a donation from the Kent Harrison Foundation.
