The holiday spirit just keeps rolling in Harrison Hot Springs.
The Harrison Hot Springs Fire Department is hosting their Fill the Trailer event on Tuesday, Dec. 17, from 6 p.m. to9 p.m. at the fire hall, located at 555 Hot Springs Rd.
Firefighters aim to fill up a trailer with donations for Agassiz-Harrison Community Services' food bank during an open house at the fire hall. Kids are invited to get their pictures taken with Santa and the HHSFD fire trucks and everyone is invited to chat with firefighters and check out the hall.
Non-perishable and monetary donations are accepted at the fire hall from Dec. 6 to Dec. 17 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The HHSFD would like to remind the public that tonight they will be out from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. collecting non-perishable donations for the local food bank. Please leave all donations at the end of the driveway or on the porch for their volunteers.
