Local Red Apple customers filled a sleigh worthy of Old Saint Nick himself.

On Saturday, Dec. 3, the Agassiz Red Apple participated in the annual Fill A Sleigh Day in support of Agassiz-Harrison Community Service, during which customers donated $8,074 to the cause.

The goal of Fill A Sleigh Day is to fill a sleigh full of donated toys, capping off the 6th annual Together We Care Toy Drive, which ran from Nov. 12 to Dec. 3. On top of that, Red Apple donates 10 per cent of all sales for the day to local charities across Canada.
