From the opening chords to the final cadence, professional concert artists Bo Peng (cello) and Kirill Bolshakov (piano/ president of the CVCCS) delighted the audience at the Cheam Vista Classical Concert Society’s finale last Tuesday.
The concert featured great classical pieces to a sold out crowd by Robert Schumann, Richard Strauss and Cesar Franck to complete the inaugural season of the Society.
Both musicians hold doctorate degrees in their respective instruments, and have given, on international stages, either solo concerts or collaborated with other highly acclaimed musicians.
For potential subscribers there’s a waiting list and June 15 is the deadline to pay for renewal of subscriptions before new subscribers can be purchased at the Agassiz Public Library.
