'Shaken, not stirred' is the theme for this year's beer-and-spirit themed fundraiser for the Chilliwack Academy of Music.

The seventh annual Fraser Valley Distillery and Beer Festival is at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre on Saturday, Sept. 21.

The night will fuse entertainment and delectable cuisine with artisan spirits and brews, set against the backdrop of lively music. It features tastings from B.C. distillers and brewers, a walking dinner hosted by Lakeside Beach Club, silent auction, and a two-buck-a-shuck oyster bar.

People are encouraged to come in their favourite spy (or movie character) costume for a chance to win prizes.

Tickets include:

  • An all-access festival wristband
  • Entry to diverse food stations and tasting rooms
  • A comprehensive festival program guide and map
  • Two sample glasses for one's tasting pleasure
  • A VIP gift bag filled with exclusive goodies
  • Voting tokens for selecting the “Best in Show” participants
  • Characters Liquor store will be onsite for special or limited edition drinks (credit/debit only)

The Fraser Valley Distillery and Beer Festival, a fundraiser for the Chilliwack Academy of Music, is Saturday, Sept. 21 at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre.
