Some of the best outdoor recreation films will be screened in Chilliwack this spring.

The Best of the Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival (VIMFF) makes its return to the Chilliwack Cultural Centre on April 5 where folks can witness adventure, adrenaline, and awe-inspiring landscapes.

The event will showcase the best in mountain culture, outdoor adventure, and environmental filmmaking. The screening includes a variety of scenes, from thrilling alpine expeditions and extreme sports to heartfelt stories of perseverance and environmental stewardship.

Over the past decade, VIMFF has become a cornerstone event for Chilliwack’s outdoor community.

There will be several booths set up at the event with vendors specializing in running, outdoor adventure, fitness, cycling and other activities. People will have a chance to win one of many door prizes.

The Best of the Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival is coming to the Chilliwack Cultural Centre on Saturday, April 5 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $22, and can be purchased at the Centre Box Office, online at chilliwackculturalcentre.ca, or by calling 604-391-SHOW(7469).
