The Agassiz Agricultural and Horticultural Association dropped a big hint on things to come for this year’s Fall Fair.

Via Facebook, the association announced West Coast Amusements has confirmed they will be back at the Fall Fair and Corn Festival this year on Sept. 17 and 18 with rides and games on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday.

The news delighted fair fans across Agassiz-Harrison and spread quickly – as of publication the original Facebook post has been shared nearly 140 times.

“Best news ever,” Scott Anderson wrote. “I have some very happy kids.”

“The fair is on? Happy dance!” said Cathie Winston.

Back in May, fair organizers announced there would be a modified fair and corn festival this coming fall, including online exhibitions, a tractor display, animal displays, the famous chicken and corn barbecue, photo scavenger hunt and much more.
