Big Easy Funk Ensemble rocked a full house at Memorial Hall in Harrison this past weekend.
BEFE (pronounced “beefy”) is a nine-member, Vancouver-based fun band founded in 2014. The band’s style predominantly features New Orleans-style funk with influences from Louis Armstrong, The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Pimps of Joytime and Dumpstafunk.
The band is off to Vancouver on Friday, slated to play at Gastown’s premiere live music venue, Guilt & Co.
