New Harrison-Agassiz Chamber branding unveiled

The logo symbolizes many elements found in the community

The Harrison-Agassiz Chamber of Commerce has a new look just in time for the new year.

In a recent social media post, the business organization announced new branding for the Chamber, featuring the mighty Mount Cheam filled with trees with a silhouette of the legendary Sasquatch striding in front. The mountain is framed with the Chamber’s name and established year. The blue-green pallet represents the many bodies of water in the area as well as the landscape.

The design of the logo is meant to capture the many recognizable elements that make up the character and charm of Agassiz-Harrison.

“Our goal was to represent our entire region as a whole, and encapsulate the incredibly unique, natural, outdoorsy and adventure-filled region where we live, work and play,” the post states. “From tourism and hospitality, restaurants, retail, farms, and everything in between, the businesses in our region are one of a kind and resilient and we strive to be a Chamber you are proud to be a member of.”

Abbotsford-based creative marketing company Octopus Creative designed the new logo.
