A slice of southern B.C. looked a bit more like Prince Edward Island this past weekend.
The Kilby Historic Site hosted some sizeable crowds as the Behind the Gate Theatre Company presented “Anne of Green Gables, A Summer Concert.” The show was an hour-long rendition of portions of “Anne of Green Gables: The Musical,” which follows the plucky, freckle-faced orphan named Anne Shirley, who finds herself at Avonlea, PEI in search for a better life.
