Chilliwack RCMP look to identify witness in high-visibility vest

Police investigators are asking for help identifying an individual in a high-visibility vest seen walking near Reece Avenue and Williams Street on June 21, captured in screenshot from security footage at about 11:30 p.m.

They've released the blurry image in an attempt to further an "ongoing investigation," from several weeks ago, and asking for help to identify the person in the high-vis vest.

"The Chilliwack RCMP are requesting the help of the public to identify an individual who was walking southbound at the intersection of Reece Avenue and Williams Street on June 21st, 2024 at approximately 11:30 p.m.

Police want to speak to this this person as a witness in an ongoing investigation.

"If you can identify this person or provide any information please contact the Chilliwack RCMP at 604-792-4611," said media relations officer Cpl. Teresa Parsons. The public can quote file # 2024-25572.
