One new local case of COVID-19 reported in past week

Cases top 240 for the year in Agassiz-Harrison

Only one new case of COVID-19 was reported in Agassiz-Harrison between Aug. 14 and 20.

The B.C. Centre for Disease Control’s latest report indicates COVID-19 activity in Agassiz-Harrison is at a three-week low. The single new recorded case brings the yearly total for the local health area to 242 cases. This time last year, there were four cases recorded that week and a total of 175 for the year.

As the BCCDC is undergoing a system transition, current vaccination distribution data is not available.
