Sts’sailes pro football player and B.C. Lion Jacob Firlotte recorded a few plays during the two-week preseason leading up to the main CFL season.

The defensive tackle recorded two plays during the third quarter against the Calgary Stampeders, Firlotte brought a stop to a kickoff return, tackling running back and fellow rookie Peyton Logan after a 23-yard run. Firlotte recorded more special teams stats toward the end of the third quarter after recovering a blocked punt.

The B.C. Lions return to action on June 25, taking on the Toronto Argonauts.
