The District of Kent is hosting a surplus sale until the end of the month.
The district is accepting bids for a wide variety of used items until 4 p.m. on May 29 (the final Friday of the month). While some items ask for a minimum starting bid, there are a number available for best offer and on a first come, first serve basis.
The items vary from fitness equipment to lawnmowers, generators and more. There is a complete list of items for sale on the district website at kentbc.ca. All sales are final.

Thornton is the proper contact for “best offer” items and to place a bid for “upset price” items.
