Local Search and Rescue volunteers assist ATV crash victims

Kent-Harrison Search and Rescue volunteers assisted two people following a crash north of Harrison Hot Springs.

On Thursday (June 30) evening, KHSAR was called in to assist the Agassiz Fire Department, Agasssiz RCMP and B.C. Emergency Health Services to assist in getting two people involved in an ATV accident to safety. They were transported from the scene by stretcher and handed over to BCEHS for medical attention.

KHSAR not only responds to authorized agencies requesting assistance throughout Agassiz-Harrison but will answer calls to people in distress without charge. For more information about KHSAR and all they do, visit khsar.ca.
