The driver of a white SUV sustained minor injuries in a single vehicle collision on Sunday near the “teacup” properties in Agassiz.
Sgt. Mike Sargent of the Agassiz RCMP said the collision took place around 3 p.m. on Dec. 15 at the junction of Highway 9 and the Agassiz Bypass.
As a result of the collision, traffic was down to a single lane for a couple of hours.
The driver was not taken to the hospital and there were no criminal charges, Sargent said, adding that the cause of the collision is still under investigation.
