Canada Day festivities have wrapped up in Agassiz, where MP Mark Strahl was on hand to help with the Canada Day Trivia Contest. Entertainment included a concert in the park with Trevor McDonald, several street hockey games, face painting and cake.

The party will continue through the evening, as Harrison Hot Springs gears up for their annual parade and fireworks. The parade will start at 6 p.m., and musical entertainment begins on the beach today at 3 p.m. with local country star Todd Richard.
