Ben Stewart of Chilliwack captured the NEOWISE comet high above the Fraser River recently. It was taken at about 2:45 a.m. on July 11, his camera pointed toward Harrison Hot Springs. The comet was originally called C/2020, discovered on March 27 by the NEOWISE Space Telescope. NASA states it should remain visible throughout July, being closest to Earth on Thursday, July 23.
