PHOTOS: Abbotsford hit hard by flooding after heavy rainfall

The city of Abbotsford is under a local state of emergency after flooding and mudslides following heavy rainfall have rocked the city and surrounding areas.

The state of emergency will remain in effect for seven days – until Nov. 23 at midnight – unless cancelled before then.
