Police confirm the young woman has been located after she was last seen Monday outside Agassiz

Police say a 17-year-old Hope woman who was last seen Monday in the Agassiz area has been located.

Wednesday afternoon police released information seeking help in finding a 17-year-old from the Hope area, who had last been seen Monday, Sept. 28 in the 6100 block of Lougheed Highway (Highway 7).

“She is safe and sound,” Sgt. Krista Vrolyk with the Upper Fraser Valley Regional Detachment stated Thursday. “Thanks to the media and public for your assistance.”
