3.The work or purpose for which the interest in the Lands is required is the construction, operation and maintenance of highways and utilities and a “linear development” as defined in the Expropriation Act (www.bclaws.gov.bc.ca/civix/document/id/complete/statreg/96125_01)
4.The approving authority with respect to this expropriation is the council of The Corporation of the District of Kent, 7170 Cheam Avenue, Agassiz, B.C., V0M 1A0, 604-796-2235.
