It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my mother Dorothy Mary Johnson. Dorothy passed away peacefully with her family by her side. She will be greatly missed by her sons Lyndon & Mark, her daughter Dawn, daughters-in-law Kerry & Jan and her grandchildren, Travis, Trinity, Tyrius & Samantha, as well as her loving friend Keith Gillks. She was predeceased by her husband Jim Johnson and her son Paul. Dorothy was an amazing loving mother and cared deeply for her family, friends and animals. Dorothy was an incredible artist, well known for her Lowrey paintings, portraits of animals and her home town of Oldham, Manchester, UK where as a young woman she was a nurse's aide at Oldham General Hospital. Dorothy’s Memorial Service will be held at Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home, Chilliwack, on 26th of November @ 1:00 pm where we will celebrating her wonderful life. In lieu of flowers, donations to Saints Animal Shelter will be accepted.
