It is with the most profound sadness that we announce the passing of Lisa Rachelle Naomi Waters.
The loving mother, daughter and friend passed quietly in her home in Hope, BC.
She is survived by her daughter, Cedar Grace Alexandra Waters, her family and her many friends.
There will be a private service on March 10th in Agassiz, BC.
She knows she is loved.
