Margaret passed away peacefully on January 18, 2022 at the age of 99 years old.
Born to James and Florence Bennewith in Chilliwack BC she was one of 10 children. In 1943 she married her love Charles Edmondson where they made their home in Agassiz and raised 8 children.
Margaret worked at the Harrison Hot Springs Hotel for 15 years before retiring and relocating to Cottonwood Retirement Village. You could always find her working in her flower gardens which was one of her favourite past times. She also enjoyed her daily walks.
Margaret was actively involved in the seniors group enjoying daily bingo and carpet bowling.
In March 2019 Margaret returned to Agassiz and resided at Logan Manor for 3 years and then onto Glenwood Seniors Care Home.
She will be sadly missed by her children; Tom (Brenda), Marie (John), Elaine (Wayne), John (Tuesday), Faye (Steve) and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces & nephews and younger brother Gerald.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
