In loving memory ~ Patricia was born in Vancouver, BC to Dorothy and Matthew Stewart.
After a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease Pats (nickname) is now at rest. Pats was predeceased by both of her parents and older brother Jack Cairns.
In the early 70's while working with the Hudson's Bay Company Pat met her future husband, Len. On October 11, 1977 they were married in Hawaii. Pats had a particular fondness for the Hawaiian Islands resulting in many return visits. Pat also enjoyed travelling up and down the west coast regularly visiting San Francisco and Seattle.
Those that knew Pats will always remember her warm smile and kind words she gave people when encountering friends and associates. Pats will be truly missed by her Husband Len who shared this journey through the best of times and the worst of times.
A special thanks to the Caregivers, Nurses and Doctors at Heritage Village over the last ten years. You have a special place in my heart.
