July 30, 1946 - July 21, 2018
It is with great sadness that we announce Peter's passing, after a very short illness. He was born in London, Ontario and grew up in Montreal. The west coast called him in 1973 and he lived in the Agassiz/Harrison area for several years before moving to Vancouver Island.
He knew how to laugh, walk confidently through life, work hard, get a deal, and love his family fiercely. He left his children with his crazy sense of humour and loud love of life. He truly was their hero.
He is survived by his wife Cheryle, daughters Leeanne (Derek) and Meagan (Brad), and son Kyle, Cheryle's children, Kiana, Kane, Sarah and Bailey, brothers Michael (Lenie) and David (Brenda) and sister, Susan (Rod), several nieces and nephews, the Sand family, and many cherished friends. He was predeceased by infant son John, in 1977, and granddaughter Autumn, in 2016.
A celebration of Peter's life will be held in Duncan on October 20th, 2018.
