It is with deep sadness that we report the passing of our mother, Ruth Altendorf, at the age of 93.
Ruth was a very special person who loved to volunteer, host, and welcome friends and family to her home and community.
Approximately 28 years ago, she moved to Harrison Hot Springs with her late husband, Heinz Altendorf.
They loved Harrison Hot Springs, the community and the many friends made through countless hours of volunteering, and recreational activities.
She will be greatly missed by all her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.
A celebration of her life is being planned for some time in the spring and the family requests that in lieu of flowers, etc. to please make a donation in Ruth's memory to a charity of your choosing.
