Just read the “Block watch aims to take our community back from thieves” in the recent Agassiz Harrison Observer.
Down in Los Angeles, things were way different. The street gangs rules the streets with fear, intimidation and with guns. Putting in a “block watch” was next to impossible, as there was so much opposition.
I pray that the Harrison block watch program has great success, as they don’t have street gangs to contend with.
