Families invited to practice yoga

Kent Fitness Activity centre offering family yoga for Family Day

As part of family day celebrations at the Fitness / Activity Centre, they are offering  two free Family Yoga classes.

This is an opportunity to explore the benefits of yoga with your family.  All ages are welcome.  They are offering two one-hour sessions on Monday, Feb. 10.  The first session begins at 10 a.m. and the second one starts at 11 a.m.

The District received financial support of the Province of British Columbia for this project. In addition to the yoga class, their weight room will be open on Family Day from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
