Bird’s the word

David Hancock talks bald eagles in Harrison Mills

Bald eagles are back in town, with thousands swooping into parts of Harrison, Rosedale and Kent to feed on salmon. Wildlife biologist David Hancock has been studying the majestic white-headed birds his entire life and says this time of year, the area sees more eagles than anywhere else on earth.

For more information on bald eagles or to check out more live feeds, visit the Hancock Wildlife Foundation’s Facebook page.
