Kent and Mountain Institutions in Agassiz, B.C. blocked traffic for a couple of hours Tuesday morning due to a Union Info Line.
Employees have been without a proper contract for three years from the government and they’re trying to get the message out that this needs to change according to an employee from Mountain Institution.
A long line up of cars accumulated outside of the prisons due to the Line, disrupting the order of the day, but it had nothing to do with the prisoners on the inside.
RCMP contacted the institutions to clarify the issue, as onlookers, were concerned by the looming traffic outside of the prisons.
