The folks at the Agassiz Speedway are celebrating Christmas in July – in November.

Lifetime members of the speedway are continuing a traditional food drive to benefit Agassiz Harrison Community Services (AHCS). COVID-19 put the July event on hold, but speedway officials pressed on, hosting a collection area at Super Valu on Saturday, Nov. 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.m, where they will gather food, bottles, cans, cash and toys for the AHCS.

COVID-19 safety measures will be in place with every effort to make the event as non-contact as possible. Masks are required. There will be a box for cash donations, a pickup truck for bottle drop offs and bins for toys and food.
