Kent Elementary families share in dance night

Teacher Brenda Di Rezze has been organizing these nights for 20 years

Agassiz families got the chance to enjoy a night of dancing at Kent Elementary’s Family Dance Friday (Jan. 25).

The dance was spearheaded by music teacher Brenda Di Rezze, who’s been organizing dances at the school for the last 20 years.

“It’s a great opportunity to learn folk dances and pattern dances that aren’t as popular now,” she said about the night. “But they certainly have stood the test of time and are a great way to have fun together.”
