Do you miss holding a book in your hand?

On June 1, 2020, Fraser Valley Regional Library launched FVRL Express. Customers can once again take items out of the library! Place books, movies and other items on hold online or phone the library and staff can place holds for you. Once your items arrive, they are available for pick up safely outside the door.

Are you not sure what you want to place on hold? Libraries offer Grab and Go bags, pre-selected books in your favorite genres ready to check out upon your arrival. If you are still not sure what you would like to read, watch or listen to, and you do not have access to our wonderful online resources, call the library. Our staff would be very happy to help you with your library selections.

Looking for something for some fun summer activities? Fraser Valley Regional Library offers our annual Summer Reading Club. Kids, toddlers, teens and adults can register online for this year’s Summer Reading Club “Explore our Universe” to win prizes for reading! If online registration is not possible, call us and we would love to provide you with reading records and help you enter to win prizes.

Coming soon to the Agassiz Library: self-guided Agassiz Treasure Hunt and Adopt a Tiny Turf Reading Buddy! Watch for details at the library, online, or in the Observer.

Stop by the Agassiz Library to pick up your holds and give us a wave, we would love to see you!
