VIDEO: Fraser Valley Bald Eagle Festival

This year’s event featured six stops, including viewing points and activity centres.

The 22nd annual Fraser Valley Bald Eagle Festival drew visitors from around B.C. and beyond to celebrate and observe birds and salmon activity around facilities off of Hwy 7.

Many photographers brought their gear to take photos of eagles in the wild and some rescued birds, like this owl at the OWL orphaned wildlife booth at Tapadera Estates.

Photographers and bird enthusiasts gathered at the Sandpiper Golf Resort’s waterfront observation deck.
