The Harrison Lagoon Fountain was installed in November as part of the Lagoon Area Master Plan that went before the public in a consultation session and open house last October. The fountain – rigged with lights to illuminate at night – is meant not only to improve the aesthetic experience of the lagoon during the summer but as an identifying landmark in the off season and as a way to aerate and improve the quality of the lagoon’s water.
