Agassiz-Harrison reports 8 cases of COVID-19 in September

There have been eight cases of COVID-19 in Agassiz-Harrison during the course of the past month.

The B.C. Centre for Disease Control has recorded eight cases of COVID-19 between Sept. 4 and Oct. 1. This averages out to about two cases per week, with the highest number of cases coming between Sept. 25 and Oct. 1 with three cases.

Reports of COVID-19 in Agassiz-Harrison have been fairly low for most of the year with numbers staying out of the double digits since the early days of February. There have been 252 cases of COVID-19 since the beginning of 2022; at this time last year, there were 311 cases.

The BCCDC has not updated vaccine data since July 31 – roughly nine weeks with no new information.
