COVID-19 hits two-month low in Agassiz-Harrison

To date, 226 cases recorded in local health area in 2022

Only one new case of COVID-19 has been recorded in the local health area in the past week.

The B.C. Centre for Disease Control reported one case of COVID-19 in Agassiz-Harrison between May 29 and June 4. This is a two-month low of still relatively low COVID-19 numbers for the local health area; the past two months have averaged 3.25 cases per week. This brings the year’s total up to 226 COVID-19 infections.

There have been no further outbreaks or exposure events reported in Agassiz-Harrison.
