Bring them your broken, your wooden, your branches yearning to be free from your yard.
The District of Kent invites residents to bring broken tree branches from the recent winter weather to the district’s green waste bin; there is no charge for this one-time cleanup event.
The bin is located beside Allenby’s Farm Store, located at 7323 Pioneer Avenue.
The cleanup event runs until Jan. 31. The district asks residents to cut larger limbs down to a manageable size and refrain from bringing tree stumps.
