Dozens of residents gathered around the cenotaph in Agassiz to pay their respects during Remembrance Day on Thursday, Nov. 11.
Royal Canadian Legion Branch 32 president Derek Stewart led the solemn ceremony, reading off the names of those lost in wars past.
“Let us never forget,” he said at the conclusion of the ceremony.
