If you own property in the District of Kent and you did not receive a notice, please contact our office and a copy will be provided to you.

Eligible homeowners must claim their Homeowner Grant through the Province of British Columbia by July 17, 2023 to avoid a penalty. All grants should be claimed whether taxes are paid or not. If your tax payment is paid through a financial institution, they cannot claim the grant on your behalf. Property owners are responsible to claim the Homeowner Grant.
